Burglar Alarm and CCTV Systems

Although there are many properties which look similar, there are many factors to consider when it comes to securing your home.

1. Your Security Requirements

At R Security Alarms, before we attend your premises, we take the time to discuss your security requirements with you over the phone. By asking the right questions, we get a greater understanding of the type of system suitable for you and your property.

2. Home Security Risk Assessment

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we will make an appointment for one of our team to attend your home and carry out a security risk assessment. As part of the assessment, we look at factors including the physical build of your property and any potential weaknesses, past crime history, any insurance requirements, and crime rate within your area.

3. Consultation & Advice

Once we have completed the assessment, we will discuss the various types of systems available to you and offer advice on the type of system we feel best suited for your requirements.

5. Installation of your new home security system

If you are happy to proceed with our quote, we will confirm your acceptance and a member of our customer service department will contact you to arrange a convenient date to carry out the installation.

As an NSI Gold Accredited Company, you can be assured that the engineer installing your system is fully qualified. Before starting the installation, the engineer will talk you through the process and even at this stage, with your approval, may make slight amendments to the specification to enhance the security of your property.

Once the system has been installed, the engineer will fully test the system, train you how to use it, and give you all the required paperwork including user manuals. If your system is monitored, the engineer will also provide you with all the contact details for our monitoring station.

We will provide you with a NSI Gold Certificate for your system on completion (you may require this for your insurance company).
